Promptuary is a macOS application that helps you organize, template, and manage AI prompts. The app is provided as-is for personal and professional use.
3. Use of the App
You may use Promptuary for any lawful purpose. By using Promptuary, you agree to the following:
- You are responsible for the content of the prompts you create and use
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- You may not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
4. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, and its code are the property of The Developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application outside of its normal use as distributed through the Mac App Store.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all prompts, fragments, chains, and other content you create in Promptuary. We do not access, view, or claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for backing up your own data.
6. Privacy
Your use of Promptuary is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect personal data. All your content is stored locally on your device, with optional sync through your personal iCloud account.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Promptuary is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Promptuary, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
